This is the Harold C. Price Jr. house by Frank Lloyd Wright. I believe Goff added the big octagonal extension, however. The house is now open to the public through the Price Tower museum.

Bruce Goff did no work on this house... The octogon room was designed by Wrights son-in-law. Wes Peteres
