The 'Garwood Residence' designed by John Lautner was purchased by British recording artist, Chris Martin, and American actress, Gwyneth Paltrow, in 2014 for $14 million.
Martin now owns the home after divorcing from Paltrow in 2016.
Prior to the Martin-Paltrow family's purchase, real estate developer, Donald Sher bought the property in 1996 for about $1.4 million.
