The Bedford Corn Exchange, built in 1874, is one of the many impressive buildings in and around St Paul's Square in Bedford. The building, as well as being a place of business, was designed to be a concert venue and it was used by the BBC Symphony Orchestra during the Second World War. Today it is used as an entertainment venue as well as hosting civic meetings.
