Apparantly it is an old boat in Union, New Jersey that has been turned into a building.

The Flagship has a long history - in the 50s it started as a nightclub, then a furniture store, then a string of other businesses.

It was built in the shape of a ship, it's not an old ship that was turned into a building. It's actually the second structure, at one point it was being renovated and the roof collapsed so the entire thing was razed and rebuilt.

It's currently a P.C. Richard & Sons store (appliances/electronics).
