Joe Girardi's House (Former)

The manager of the New York Yankees, and a former Major League Baseball player, owned this home. During his playing career, he was a catcher for the Chicago Cubs, the Colorado Rockies, Yankees, and St. Louis Cardinals. He was also manager of the Florida Marlins in 2006, where he was named National League Manager of the Year. He purchased the 4-bed, 3.5-bath, 4,788 sq ft home in January of 2006 for $1.475M, according to public records. He sold it in March of 2013 for $850K. He also owns several parcels in Lake Forest (IL), where he appears to be building a large home.
