House constructed for the Donald Kellogg family and in the 40's converted to the Casa Blanca Inn by the Warner Borg comapny for company retreats. Opened to the public in the 50's including the "Sultan's Table" restaurant.
Converted into a residential community in the 80s with architect, George Christensen
