OSS-NOR A/S was established in 1983 with the purpose to supply and serve the offshore activities on the Mid-Norway continental shelf. The company is owned by local investors.

OSS-NOR A/S is today Mid-Norway´s "Base Work Shop". The staff is experienced and well skilled and having a technically well equipped work shop for the actual activity.

OSS-NOR A/S is centrally located in Kristiansund harbour, with deep-water quays protected from rough weather. Short distance to Vestbase A/S (Regional Supply base), airport and heliport.

The company is well prepared for the challenges that may come in connection with operation, maintenance and development of the fields in the Norwegian Sea.
