Salad Bar - It's gluten free!

I ate at this place a few years ago, and it sucked - the food was very bland and very over-priced. And the salad bar is NOT "all you can eat", it's "One Pass Through" and if you take too much, they give you the EVIL EYE. But it's the only edible thing there, the rest is crap. The little cards on the "sneeze guard" tell you what's "gluten free" and all...
