Actually that plane is parked on the water. It's a seaplane that takes tourists up and launches from the lake (Kenmore Air). Note the shadow is on the dock. :-)

Um, um, no, it's... it's still flying... its just that the earth has shifted upwards under it and is rotating along with it. That's it!
