This Holmby Hills mansion was designed in 1973 by A. Quincy Jones and was one of his largest single-family residential projects. In 2006, it was purchased for $10.9M by Shulamit "Shula" Nazarian, a philanthropist and art curator who is the older daughter of Qualcomm co-founder Younes Nazarian. In 2009, she had the house photographed for a spread in the LA Times.
This residence is also known as the "Smalley house", named for the original owners.
