Description: Zheltovodsky Makaryev Convent of Holy Trinity (Russian: Желтоводский Троицкий Макарьев монастырь) is Russian Orthodox convent, located in the vicinity of the urban-type settlement of Makaryevo in the Nizhny Novgorod District of Russia. According to the legend, it was founded as a men's monastery by the missionary Saint Macarius in 1415 or 1435.
