Jim Sinegal’s House

This is James (Costco Co-Founder) and Janet Sinegal's mansion, not their daughter's. I often go by boat by this mansion. it was in the news as the Sinegals hosted here a major fundraiser for President Obama on 7/24/12. http://www.seafair.com/Content/C22/SEAFAIR%202012%20Notice%20to%20Boaters.pdf

Nathan Myhrvold's House

I took these pictures from my WaveRunner on the water. When ever we have visitors from out of town they want to go by water and see the “dinosaur house.” Nathan Myhrvold became fascinated with dinosaurs and visited the filming of the “Jurassic Park” sequel in 1996 and met the film’s consultant and world-leading paleontologist, Jack Horner. Horner convinced Nathan to use some of his Microsoft multimillions to fund a dinosaur bone digging foundation. His foundation has recovered more tyrannosaurus rex skeletons than the total previously found by everyone else. He has given most of them to museums including the Smithsonian. In-side the big rounded windows of his living room he has one of the t-rex skeletons he helped dig up.

Jeffrey Brotman's house

I took these pictures from my WaveRunner on the water. This is in the exclusive cove of Medina that includes Nathan Myhrvold’s T-Rex house and Charles Simonyi’s Window 2000 house. After Gates estate, this is the most popular place for site-seeing boaters. The Brotman’s mansion is also known as “their Art House.” The louvers on the front (water side) and roof of the house adjust to provide the opitimun natural light on their extensive art collection.

Christopher Liddell's house

I took these pictures from my WaveRunner on the water. Liddell’s House is close to Michael Mastro whose house was recently sold by the bankruptcy court. The house is just north of and close to Bill Gates’. This is a favorite waterfront area to take visitors from out of town to see the fabulous homes on Lake Washington. We would often see Liddell and Mastro having dock-side parties.

Jeff Bezos' home

I took these pictures from my WaveRunner on the water. When ever we have visitors from out of town they want to go by water and see Bill’s and Jeff’s places. We often see large parties with his many water toys (boats, personal water craft [aka big jet skis], kayaks, etc.) at his dock/boat house. Jeff Bezos’ Lake Washington waterfront estate with multiple mansions is in Medina near Bill Gates’ estate.
