The one with the vertical surface is a Royal Australian Air Force Boeing 737-7ES Wedgetail AEW&C

It is the F/A-22 Flying Test Bed (FTB). It's a modified Boeing 767 with a F/A-22 radar in its nose and a canard that simulates the positioning of sensors on an F/A-22.

I looked for NT-43A at Groom Lake and Goodyear, AZ but no dice. I'll bet you a doughnut she's parked inside a hangar at Groom though.
