Unidentified Skunkworks experimental aircraft?

Anyone know what this is? The front looks like an F-16 but this is a Northrup plant. The really unusual thing is that there is no engine exhaust outlets in the back of the plane.

There is also either a wing section or a UAV wrapped just to the north.

It is an f-16, you can see a little of the exhaust on the fin and you can see the intake under the cockpit. Which variant it is, I don't know. It also appear the Sidewinder mounts are omit, unless they just aren't showing up on the shadow.
