Special counsel Robert Mueller's office charged Prigozhin and the Internet Research Agency with violating US law and interfering in the 2016 election. There are reports Donald J. Trump was introduced to Yevgeniy Progozhin at the 2013 Miss Universe pageant through Aras Agalarov, another oligarch billionaire.
