It's the "Émetteur de Villebon-sur-Yvette"

The Transmitter Villebon sur Yvette is a medium wave broadcasting facility near Paris. It was established in 1934 and destroyed at the end of World War II. After World War II, it was rebuilt. On December 10, 1961 both aerial masts were destroyed by terrorists. Since 1965 this transmitter, which use two insulated guyed steel framework mast as aerial, works with a power of 300 kilowatts. In 1998 AM stereo transmission was inaugurated. (Wikipedia)

And the city is "Villebon-sur-Yvette", not Paris.
