Another brilliant Kelly Johnson design, the F-104. AKA the "missile with a man in it". Not a lot of wing area on those jets.

yeah, but those wings were just too thin to give it an effective range, thats why you usually see them with the wingtip tanks.

but man the leading edges on that plane, could supposedly cut you if you ran your finger along it.
