On Thursday 30th June 2022 Victor OK8VM/P with home call GI4ONL a radio amateur from Northern Ireland reached the summit of Čerchov and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 17 contacts in total working on the 30 and 17 metre HF amateur radio bands.
