On Saturday 30th July 2022 Eric KG6MZS a radio amateur from Topanga, CA reached the summit of Agua Fria Peak and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 14 contacts in total working on the 40 and 20 metre HF amateur radio bands.
