America West 'Nevada' special livery

Originally found by kjfitz, and thought to be Southwest's Nevada One, we held off on this one to give someone else a chance to find it for the hunt. I've since realized that, while Nevada One and this plane are both based on the Nevada flag, this is definitely a different plane. A little investigation between kjfitz and me via PMs, and we figured out which plane it actually is.
