On Monday 25th September 2023, Eric KG6MZS, a radio amateur from Topanga, CA reached the summit of Cirque Peak and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 14 contacts in total working on the 40m, 20m and 15m amateur radio bands.
