Over 120km long the sea beach a Cox's Bazar ihas the world's largest unbroken sea beach. The beach attracts surfers, sunseekers and nature lovers to the area.

It offers superb views of the Bay of Bengal and of verdant green hill behind the beach.

The Coastal plain, including the beach emerged for the Bay of Bengal approximately 6,500 year ago. The plain was formed by sedimentary deposition and energed following sea level changes.
