On Sunday 31st July 2022 YU0W/P Alex and YU1CA/P Aleksandar two radio amateurs from Serbia reached the summit of Crnook and became the first to activate this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

They made 26 contacts in total working on the 30 metre HF amateur radio band.

The summit of Crnook is 1881 metres (6171 feet) asl. It has a rating of 10 points on the SOTA group database.
