It's called "flooding" because of how it was made. The Blind Sucker Flooding was once upon a valley, full of trees. They dammed the river and flooded the valley to make the Blind Sucker Flooding. I've been going there every year for 16 years, so I've picked up on the history of the area over time. Beautiful place!!!!
