I found these too about a month back. I don't think they're the EXACT same ones I saw though, but same idea.. so there must be a lot of them. Weirddd.. wonder what they are??

It's called central pivot irrigation. Farmers irrigate their plots with sprinklers on wheels that pivot around the central water source.
