This used to be the house of Eric Lidow, the retired founder and chairman of Intl. Rectifier Corp.

That house was sold for $15 million to Dean McKillen, the son of Irish billionaire property developer Paddy McKillen, who razed the structure and built the new mansion, which was designed by the L.A. architect Paul McClean.

Dean McKillen is also the owner of West Hollywood restaurant, Laurel Hardware.

In August 2017, The Los Angeles Times reported that Jay-Z and Beyoncé bought the house for $90 million.

This house has been demolished and a new structure seems to be appearing on the lot.

The new home is 30,000 sqft, with a 15 car garage, and bulletproof windows. Jay-Z and Beyonce have reportedly put in an offer of $130M to purchase the home.
