On Saturday 14th October 2023, Jerome F4IVI using the call sign TM06FS, a radio amateur from France, reached the summit of Grande Séolane and became the first to activate this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 20 contacts in total working on the 40m and 20m amateur radio bands.
