Below this stone and behind the seats is the grave of King Eric IV, Ploughpenny's grave. He was King from 1232-1250.

He was originally interred at Schleswig Cathedral but in 1258 his son, King Abel transferred his remains to Ringsted.His original grave was where King Birger of Sweden's grave is today.
