Maior cajueiro do mundo or Cajueiro de Pirangi translates to the largest cashew tree in the world, and is just that. The tree was awarded the title by Guinness Book of Records in 1994 when it was confirmed that the single tree, which takes up the area of 1.8 acres, is over 70 times the size of a normal cashew tree. The tree, which is an estimated 1,000 years old, produces over 60,000 cashew bearing fruits annually.

The street view show multiple trees, so the green patch can't be a single tree.

Guessing you didn't read the Wiki page. The spread over a hectare of land was, unlike other trees, created by the tree's outwards growth which, when bent towards the ground (because of their weight), their branches tends to take new roots where it touches the ground. This may be seen in the images of the interior. It is now difficult to distinguish the initial trunk from the rest of the tree.
