LeBron James' I Promise School

Through his family's charitable foundation, NBA player LeBron James, opened the 'I Promise' school in his hometown of Akron, Ohio. The school is currently home to 1,300 K-8 Students.

The school provides free tuition, uniforms, breakfast and lunch, a bicycle and helmet, access to a food pantry for every student's family, and guaranteed tuition to the University of Akron for all graduates of the school. The school will even help the students' parents with job placement and acquiring GEDs.

LeBron James’ net worth is $700 million. He earns $45 million per season in the NBA as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers. His endorsements deals with brands such as Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Nike, and others inflate his annual income to around $100 million. He is also the co-founder of SpringHill Entertainment, a large stakeholder in Blaze Pizza, and a partner in Fenway Sports Group, which owns stakes in Liverpool F.C as well as the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots.

LeBron James has been married to Savannah James since 2013. They have three children: Bronny, Bryce, and Zhuri.
