The Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk is a single-seat, twin-engine stealth ground-attack aircraft that was developed by Lockheed's secretive Skunk Works division and operated by the United States Air Force (USAF).

The first YF-117A, serial number 79-0780, made its maiden flight from Groom Lake, Nevada on June 18, 1981.

Scorpion 3 It was repainted to resemble the first F-117A used to drop weapons in combat. This aircraft was used for acoustics and navigation system testing.
