National Express West Midlands – No.2102 BX12 DOO (StreetView)
No.2101 is a 2012 Volvo B7BRLE with Wright Eclipse bodywork and a B43F seating configuration. It is the only single deck vehicle in the National Express West Midlands (NXWM) Heritage Livery. It represents the Leyland Nationals that were introduced by the West Midlands Passenger Transport Executive (WMPTE) in 1977 & 1978. It has WMPTE cream and dark-blue striped livery.

A Leyland National had one been left would not have been allowed to operate as part of the NXWM fleet as it had a pre-Euro III diesel engines.

Today this Bus is based at NXWM’s Pensett Depot and operates services in Brierley Hill, Stourbridge, Dudley and other parts of The Black Country. The bus is name for James Phillips a local bus enthusiast.
