On Saturday 6th August 2022 Inaki EB2GKK/P a radio amateur from Spain reached the summit of Paquiza de Linzola and became the first to activate this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 23 contacts in total working on the 30 and 20 metre HF amateur radio bands.
