On Saturday 2nd July 2022 Mario HB9HAT/P a radio amateur from Switzerland reached the summit of Piz Corvatsch and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 38 contacts in total working on the 2 metre VHF and the 40, 20 and 10 metre HF amateur radio bands.
