Google Street View captures police training exercise.
During Google’s last tour through B.C.’s capital, their street view cameras appear to have captured members of the Greater Victoria Emergency Response Team on a training mission.

If you look at Map View (45 deg), looks like the house was due to be torn down.

I was going to say that the neighborhood has a lot of newer looking houses,so this one was probably on the demolition block. If you look at street views from places like Victoria and Vancouver, you'll see many neighborhoods where 95% of the houses were torn down and rebuilt.Many of the "lost" homes seemed to be in great shape, too.
