A man is under arrest (bottom right), most likely resisting, in front of Sportsman's Bar in New Town, ND. Notice the K-9 units present at what appears to be a crime scene that had occurred either inside or outside the bar, perhaps for drug and/or alcohol-related offenses for the manner of the pull-over?
