On Tuesday 18th July 2023, Arthur HB9CEV/P, a radio amateur from Switzerland reached the summit of Ruchi and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 39 contacts in total working on the 2m, 60m and 40m amateur radio bands.
