On Thursday 21st July 2022 Manuel HB9DQM/P a radio amateur from Switzerland reached the summit of Schwarzberg/Piz Nair and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 66 contacts in total working on the 2 metre VHF and the 40 and 20 metre HF amateur radio bands.
