Scott Goodyear's House: Pics and Stories

This is the Carmel, IN home of the former race car driver from Newmarket, Ontario, Canada. He ran the IRL and Champ Car series during his career from 1987 to 2001, winning the Michigan 500 in 1992 and 1994. He is most known for almost winning the Indy 500 three times. He was inducted into the Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame in 2002. As a side note, he wasn't happy about me taking a picture of his home. He followed me in his convertible Mercedes and asked me what the heck I was doing. I explained it to him and I think he was totally relieved that I wasn't gonna kill or rob him or something. He mentioned things had been "happening" in the neighborhoods around him lately with the Indiana Pacers players, but I had no idea what he was talking about. He even gave me a little souvenir for being a fan. If you ever see this, thanks being cool Scott!
