Seth Jeffs is the brother of FLDS leader Warren Jeffs who harboured Warren during the federal manhunt for him.
Seth Jeffs, as of 2009, had 19 children with his 7 wives.
Following law enforcement pressure and scrutiny, Jeffs is believed to be building this compound to move his followers to a more secluded location in South Dakota's Black Hills.
