I named this shot after what the top of the sign posted on this Olde Richmond fire station with the cartoon character "Spongebob Squarepants" in its center, but I couldn't identify any more of what it said due to the grainy camera. Apparently the station put out that poster for children in the city, to promote safety (e.g., fire safety) I guess?
