On Sunday 31st July 2022 Ante 9A8RAP a radio amateur from Croatia reached the summit of Svilaja and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

He made 51 contacts in total working on the 40, 30 and 20 metre HF amateur radio bands.
