The Eternal Derby is a fierce local rivalry between Red Star Belgrade and Partizan Belgrade, the two most popular clubs in Serbia. The two clubs also have numerous fans in Montengro and Bosnia Herzegovina. The British Daily Mail ranked the derby 4th among greatest football rivalries. The first match was played on January 5, 1947. As of the 2014/15 Serbian SuperLiga, Red Star holds a 60-44 lead in the win column, while the teams have played to 44 draws.
