This is the West Coast Alert Take Charge And Move Out (TACAMO).

A typical mission lasts eight to 12 hours. TACAMO crews stand alert at Travis AFB, California; NAS Patuxent River, Maryland; Offutt AFB; and at Tinker AFB. These sites allow the E-6A/B to provide 100-percent global coverage.
