Vaduz Castle is the official residence of the Prince of Liechtenstein, Hans-Adam II.

The castle sits on a highside overlooking the town of Vaduz it is believed that the castle was built in the 12th century with living quarters being added in 1287.

The Castle was acquired by the Prince's family in 1712 at the time they bought the countship of Vaduz.
