Williamsdale Solar Farm which opened in 2017 produces enough power for 3,000 homes and plays an important part in helping the ACT areas to using 10%% renewable electricity.

The Farm has c.36,000 photovoltaic panels mounted to track the sun, which makes them more efficient than static panels.

It is estimated that Williamsdale reduces annual CO2 emissions by 17,250 tonnes.
