The Zamfara kidnapping (or Jangebe kidnapping) was a mass kidnapping of female students in Jangebe (Dengebe), Zamfara, Nigeria. On 2/26/21, 279 girls were kidnapped by armed bandits, who raided the Government Girls Science Secondary School. The students were later released.
