but it was listed as such for five years. This article also mentions 2601 Broadway and 2901 Broadway, which are runners-up. What really matters is what it finally sells for. The price has dropped way down...

Obviously, this is now (former) for Steve Jobs, but his widow, Laurene Powell Jobs is notable in her own right and this is still where she lives.

It is sort-of sad. I used to go to this movie house when it was open to see arty and foreign-language films. There are still a few other such movie houses left, but it seems to be fading slowing towards extinction.
