| Eric was recognized as one of the Top 40 Trial Lawyers Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers and as one of the Top 10 Attorneys Under the Age of 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. In addition, Eric was also named to Desert Companion Magazine‘s list of Nevada’s Top Lawyers.<br />

Eric has also received several designations for his trial advocacy credentials. Eric has received the prestigious Advocate Designation as well as the Master Advocate Designation by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Eric was recently certified to teach trial advocacy to other attorneys by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.<br />
