Again, simply stated, no matter how self-aggrandizing a person may be, a phone company will not simply give phone numbers registered to an address they have no legal or business connection to.
Moreover, an individual can own as many properties as they like... such as the Salahi's property in Linden and another they have in Front Royal, VA.
Unless something can be shown that they paid off the phone company to create a ficticious phone number for a property they ARE connected to...
